LOCATION AND FITTINGS

The 3 non-smoking apartments, constructed by us, are located on the beach front at Kalamaki, on the Northern side of the village, not far from the small church. Each apartment is approx. 80 m2 and accommodates with 2 bedrooms for 2 – 4 persons. From the fully equipped kitchen, you look out through the open living area and beyond the balcony to the beach and the wonderful sea.

The bright and friendly designed bedrooms have each a double bed (1.6m wide) and the built in wardrobes provide lots of storage space. The fresh sea air (Avra) ensures a healthy sleep in the summer and if that is not sufficient, there is additional cooling from underfloor-cooling and fans. From the main bedroom, you have a fantastic sea-/beach view by day and the starry sky at night.

The living area has comfortable seating accommodation (a corner sofa and an armchair) with a flatscreen TV and a selection of books.
The bathroom is small but finished to a high standard: glass-shower with mosaic stone floor, WC with integrated shower, wash basin, washing machine, lots of mirrors and plenty of storage space.

Enjoy the mild evenings on your balcony with a glass of wine and relax with the sound of the sea while viewing the stars.
